RV hoping to have Bashboy ban lifted

Bashboy (ridden by Ruby Walsh) on the way to victory in the 2015 Grand National Steeplechase

Racing Victoria will apply to Racing Australia for an amendment to the rule that threatens to deprive Bashboy from a shot at a fourth Grand National Steeplechase victory.
